MoU for Metro extension in Ghaziabad signed

GHAZIABAD: A memorandum of understanding was on Tuesday signed between the Ghaziabad Development Authority and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation for the 9.41-km long extension of Metro line from Dilshad Garden in Delhi to the city’s new bus stand.

The corridor will have seven stations and is expected to be completed by June 2017.

GDA vice-chairman Santosh Yadav and DMRC’s director of business development SD Sharma signed the MoU in the presence of Delhi Metro MD Mangu Singh at the authority’s headquarters here. More info
