Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRC) has appointed an international consortium led by AECOM Asia, Hong Kong, as the general consultants for the 33.5-km fully underground Colaba-Bandra-SEEPZ Metro corridor, it said in a statement on Friday.
In a major boost to Mumbai's transport infrastructure, the state government on Thursday cleared two metro rail projects at an estimated cost of Rs 45,000 crore.
